Requirements
- Three to five years of management experience at an INGO.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
- Experience with participatory processes to engage stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required.

- Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel 20-30 nights a year globally.
