PhD degree or expected PhD degree in civil, mechanical, chemical, environmental, data science, computer or transportation engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematical sciences or related disciplines.
Strong skills in air pollution/urban heating monitoring and computational modelling (ENVIMET, CFD).
Proficiency in remote sensing and big data analysis.
Advanced statistical data analysis skills (e.g., R, Python, MATLAB).
Proven track record of timely report writing.

Responsibilities

Monitor and model the effectiveness of green infrastructure in mitigating air pollution and urban overheating.
Support ongoing projects and assist in developing new grant applications.
Promote GCARE’s research locally, nationally, and internationally.
Collaborate with team members and project collaborators.
