Eligibility for Functional Analyst (Fixed Term) at University of Cambridge

Support the UIS Digital Exam service and the platform Inspera.
Evaluate functional changes and manage change arising from user support queries.
Provide 2nd and 3rd line user support.
Support product investigations, testing, configuration, and reporting.
Liaise with stakeholders and teams outside of UIS.
