Eligibility for Financing Partnerships Specialist at Asian Development Bank (ADB)
Requirements
- A University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent; preferably at post-graduate level.
- At least 6 years of work experience in international development assistance or finance.
- Experience in high-level coordination with stakeholders.
- Broad understanding of MDB operations and processes.
- Prior experience in scholarship administration and organizing high-level events.
Responsibilities
- Manage the administration and operations of the ADB-Japan Scholarship Program.
- Oversee fund-level administration of Japan Funds, including financial reporting and compliance.
- Facilitate external coordination of the ADB-Japan partnership.
- Implement the Strategic Communication Plan for donor visibility.
- Support processing and implementation of Japan Fund-financed projects.
