Requirements

Completed Secondary Level Education required.
First level university degree in Finance, Business, or Public Administration desirable.
Six years of relevant experience in administration, finance, or office management.
Proficiency in office software applications and ERP financial systems.
Fluency in English and Arabic; knowledge of Hebrew is a merit.

Responsibilities

Support monitoring of programme financial performance and provide necessary analysis.
Develop mechanisms for monitoring programme and project budgets.
Interpret financial policies and provide training to staff.
Assist in managing the Country Office budget.
Maintain financial recording and reporting systems.
Review and monitor charges for common services.
