Eligibility for Executive Retail Engineering at Leading Petroleum Company

Requirements
- At least five years of experience in civil engineering within retail or similar infrastructure projects.
- Strong project management skills.
- Expertise in vendor relations and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to prepare detailed Bill of Quantities and handle Requests for Quotations.
Responsibilities
- Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and RFQs (Request for Quotations) for retail sites.
- Supervise works at site as per approved design/drawings.
- Manage contractors at site and advise dealers on engineering-related issues.
- Conduct technical and feasibility studies, surveys, and site investigations.
- Arrange for testing/inspection of materials prior to installation.
- Verify quantities as per BOQs for billing purposes.
- Communicate effectively with dealers, designers, and the retail team.
- Prepare and monitor project plans and submit progress reports.
- Manage design changes and notify relevant parties.
- Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and health and safety requirements.
- Oversee project execution to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Address project deficiencies affecting operations and quality.
- Maintain proper records of all activities at site.
- Frequent site visits for smooth execution.
- Support the engineering maintenance team on civil-related complaints.
