About this role
In this role, you will coordinate and execute both online and live events, including the YSI Speak Out Tour and the YSI Awards. You will manage all aspects of event planning, from scheduling and venue rental to liaising with vendors and ensuring compliance with child safeguarding and GDPR regulations.
You will also facilitate training for educators involved in the Activate programme and coordinate the Youth Panel. This position suits someone with a passion for youth engagement and experience in event management, who can work collaboratively with a diverse team to deliver impactful experiences for young people.

- Coordinate and execute planning and delivery of events

- Coordinate YSI’s Youth Panel and manage meetings
- Lead on programming for the TY Work Experience Programme
- Provide general event support across the organization
