Eligibility for Elective Admissions Manager at The Hillingdon Hospital NHS

Requirements

Educated to a degree or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years relevant NHS experience.
Minimum 2 years experience with outpatient booking processes.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
Proficient in using Patient Administration Systems (PAS).
Understanding of 18-week principles and RTT measurement.

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership for Elective Admissions.
Support the Theatres, Anaesthetics and Preoperative Manager with elective recovery.
Line manage administrative staff, including recruitment and development.
Support clinical governance and patient feedback processes.
Act as system administrator for Elective Admissions systems.
