Eligibility for Divisional Head - Talent Acquisition (SVP / EVP) at National Bank of

Requirements
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Preferred candidates will have a Master's degree and/or professional certifications.
- At least 15 years of work experience, with 10 years in HR related to Talent Acquisition.

- Develop and implement the Bank's Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process.
- Oversee Lateral and Batch Hiring streams.
- Work with HR Business Partners to prioritize vacancies.
- Establish and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
- Oversee executive search and headhunting for senior roles.
- Strengthen digital recruitment processes.
- Monitor recruitment MIS and analytics.
- Ensure effective Talent Acquisition governance and controls.
- Provide talent market intelligence to Senior Management.
- Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
