Eligibility for Director of People & Culture at The Sir John Brunner Foundation

Requirements
- Recognised HR qualification, preferably MCIPD/FCIPD, or relevant degree.
- Proven track record in HR leadership within complex organisations.
- Deep understanding of people management issues.
- Experience in leading organisational change, including TUPE procedures.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Understanding of the education environment and safeguarding requirements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the People and Culture Strategy across the Foundation.

- Support organisational change and build relationships with colleagues.
