About this role

The Director of Culture will play a crucial role in ensuring that the VCS Alliance fosters an environment where all team members feel valued and empowered. You will design and implement the People and Culture strategy, focusing on wellbeing, inclusion, and continuous learning.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will contribute to strategic planning and work towards making the VCS Alliance a great place to work. You will also lead efforts to embed Anti-Racist principles within the organization, supporting the wider VCSE sector in delivering impactful community programs.
