Eligibility for CRM Help Desk Support Specialist at Enclude

Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities
- Provide problem resolution to support requests.
- Deliver remote solutions and provide on-site support when necessary.
- Take ownership of service requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate with customers to resolve client problems.
- Document and verify problem resolutions and case records.
- Participate in team meetings and service improvement activities.
- Maintain technical knowledge related to solutions platforms.
