- Recognised Third Level qualification in Community Development, Social Sciences, Adult Education, Social Policy, Rural Development, or Social Enterprise
- Minimum of three years' experience in community development
- Experience working and/or volunteering with community committees
- Ability to provide evidence of advising, supporting and building capacity
