• Further or Higher Education Qualification in Social Sciences, Education, Community Development, or Youth Work is desirable
• Knowledge of the School Completion Programme and its target group
• Computer literate, with competence in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Empathy for working with disadvantaged backgrounds
• Willingness to learn from project staff
• Driver's license and access to a car is strongly desirable
• Ability to obtain Garda Clearance
