Eligibility for Case Coordination Caseworker at IRC - International Rescue Committee

- Monitor client progress and ensure resource utilization.
- Collaborate with coworkers and partner organizations.
- Conduct outreach to inform service providers and refugees of programs.
- Complete eligibility screenings for referral and enrollment paperwork.
- Provide comprehensive case management services.
- Ensure services are linguistically appropriate.
