About this role

In this role, you will provide specialist employee relations advice in line with HR policies, focusing on attendance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and bullying and harassment issues. You will also support managers with complex employee relations matters and mentor junior team members.

Your responsibilities will include developing strategies for managing staff sickness and absence, while ensuring compliance with the Trust's policies. Regular on-site presence and travel across hospital sites are expected as part of your duties.
