Eligibility for Associate HR Systems Officer - Payroll & Absence Management - based in
- Place of posting: Luxembourg
Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology or related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in HRIS.
- Solid functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM or PeopleSoft HCM.
- Familiarity with HR processes such as payroll and absence management.
- Good data analysis skills and experience in writing SQL queries.
- Proven experience in business analysis and functional support.
- Very good communication skills.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of English and/or French.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into system configurations and specifications.
- Identify process improvements and recommend best practices.
- Develop and execute test plans for implementations and upgrades.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing with HR stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact for complex functional issues.
- Troubleshoot incidents and liaise with technical teams.
- Provide guidance on effective use of HR systems.
- Manage quarterly Oracle Cloud HCM releases.
- Maintain documentation of configurations and processes.
