About this role
In this role, you will create conditions for individuals to live as independently and meaningfully as possible. You will work alongside nurses, physiotherapists, and care staff, participating in care planning and assessing patient needs.
As an occupational therapist, you will conduct assessments, plan and implement rehabilitation interventions, and guide other staff in a rehabilitative approach. You will have the flexibility to plan your workdays, often cycling to visit patients, which allows for both physical activity and fresh air during your work hours.
