Requirements
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Solid work experience in the SAP HCM module with a focus on Payroll.
- Knowledge of payroll processes, wage types, schemas, and rules.
- Experience with related modules like PA, OM, or time management.
- Understanding of current legal requirements in Payroll.
- Analytical thinking, structured working style, and high service orientation.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and initiative.
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the SAP HCM module, especially in Payroll.
- Analyze, design, and implement HR requirements.
- Conduct customization and coordinate developments.
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual payroll requirements.
- Assist with monthly and annual closing tasks in SAP HCM.
- Provide 2nd-level support and train key users and staff.
- Participate in projects for the advancement of the HR system landscape.
