Provide administrative support to the Program Manager and team.
Manage program-related documentation and correspondence.
Handle scheduling and logistics for capacity-building activities.
Assist in evaluations and audits of capacity-building programs.
Manage program resources including personnel and budget.
Collect and analyze data related to capacity-building activities.
Prepare reports and presentations based on data insights.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of program-related data.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Track project performance and provide updates to the Program Manager.
Assist in designing capacity-building programs and initiatives.
Coordinate with stakeholders for effective program delivery.
