- Minimum competence level 4 with extensive experience in complex assignments.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong knowledge of investigation methodology, data collection, and data analysis.
- At least ten years of experience in Swedish public administration.
- Minimum five years of experience in digitalization within Swedish public administration.
- Good understanding of public administration conditions and governance.
- Experience in developing follow-up models in the digitalization area.
- Experience in leading at least three major follow-ups of digitalization with over 100 respondents in the last five years.
Responsibilities
- Lead the monitoring and reporting of Sweden's digitalization strategy 2025–2030.
- Oversee the follow-up and reporting of Sweden's AI strategy.
- Support the government in implementing national digitalization and AI strategies.
- Represent the authority in the Vinnova-funded innovation program SustainGov.
- Promote data usage within the public sector.
- Conduct analysis related to societal digitalization.
- Collaborate with public and private actors, the Government Offices, and the Digitalization Council.
- Lead workshops and facilitate meetings with diverse groups.
