Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documentation.

- Conduct bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts with customers and vendors.

- Verify bills, payment requests, and expense claims before processing.
- Maintain detailed records of transportation and fleet-related expenses.
- Assist in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Generate routine financial and management reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure proper organization and filing of all financial records.
- Coordinate with operations and other departments to collect financial data.
- Assist external and internal audits and tax filings.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
